Tintin in Berlin

You can buy a piece of the wall for a few thousand euros, hire an artist to paint something on it, and plonk it in front of your hotel, office, shop, etc. I rather like this one. Tintin and Capt Haddock are in Berlin. The captain loves the cheap wine and the wide streets and Tintin thinks Berlin is a kind of earthly paradise for retired situationists ( yes, it does say that ) and that it's all a matter of 'taschengeld'        ( pocket money ).
